Terms and Conditions of the online shop skinpad.pro

In force from 6 November 2026.

1. Definitions

  • Seller - SKINPAD.pro.
  • Shop - the online shop at skinpad.pro.
  • Customer - a person placing an order.
  • Consumer - a Customer who is an individual and concludes a contract not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • Kit - the Skinpad Premium Pro surgical suturing training kit (silicone pad and tools).
  • Contract - a distance sales contract for the Kit concluded through the Shop.
  • Contact - e-mail i@skinpad.pro.

2. General

  • These Terms set out the rules for orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal and complaints.
  • The Kit is for training purposes only. It is not a medical device.
  • The Shop is available in several languages. The Polish and English versions of these Terms are binding; in case of differences the Polish version prevails.
  • You need a web browser and an e-mail address to use the Shop.
  • These Terms are available on the Shop and can be saved or printed.
  • The Customer must not provide unlawful content or another person's data without authorisation.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

  • Information about the Kit on the site is not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code but an invitation to make offers.
  • The Customer places an order by filling in the form: name, e-mail, phone number, country, InPost parcel locker code or delivery address, and quantity. The "notes" field is optional.
  • Before sending the order the Customer ticks a consent box. Sending the order is an order with an obligation to pay (payment on delivery).
  • The Customer may correct the data before sending the form.
  • After sending, the Customer sees a confirmation on the site with an order number and the amount due. The Seller also sends a confirmation to the e-mail given, together with these Terms.
  • The Contract is concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation by e-mail. The Seller confirms or rejects the order.
  • Availability is limited and shown on the site. If there is not enough stock when the order is placed, the order may be rejected. The Seller informs the Customer without delay by e-mail or on the site.
  • If an order contains obviously wrong or incomplete data (e.g. a non-existent parcel locker, an invalid phone number), the Seller may ask for a correction or reject it.

4. Prices and shipping cost

  • Price of the Kit: PLN 299 gross (includes VAT where due). Prices in other currencies shown on the site are expressed in those currencies.
  • Shipping cost: PLN 15 per whole order, regardless of the number of Kits, to an InPost parcel locker or by courier to an address, also abroad.
  • The total amount due (quantity x price + shipping) is shown in the form before the order is sent and in the confirmation. Example: 1 Kit = PLN 299 + PLN 15 = PLN 314.
  • Prices on the site may change. A change does not affect orders already confirmed by the Seller.
  • The Customer bears no other costs than the price and shipping. Customs duties or taxes in a non-EU destination country (if any) are borne by the Customer.

5. Payment on delivery

  • The only payment method: cash on delivery (at an InPost parcel locker or to the courier). We do not take prepayments.
  • The Customer pays the amount from the order confirmation when collecting the parcel.
  • The Customer must collect the parcel within the time set by the carrier.
  • Failing to collect the parcel or refusing it without a withdrawal statement (point 7) is a failure to perform the Contract. In that case the Seller may claim the costs actually incurred in connection with that parcel (shipping to the Customer and return to the Seller) and may refuse further cash-on-delivery orders from that Customer.
  • A Consumer who does not want to collect the parcel may withdraw from the Contract at any time (point 7), also before collection. In that case the costs from the previous sentence do not arise, except the return cost described in point 7.
  • The Seller issues proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with the parcel or by e-mail. On request we issue an invoice.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery: InPost parcel locker or courier to the given address. Lockers are available in countries where InPost operates; for other countries courier delivery only.
  • The Seller ships the Kit within 24 hours of the order on business days (an order placed on a non-business day - on the next business day). Delivery time depends on the carrier and the country; the expected date is shown in the confirmation or sent by e-mail.
  • If the Seller cannot perform the Contract on time, it informs the Customer and sets a new date. If the Customer does not accept it, the Customer may withdraw. Delivery will not take longer than 30 days from conclusion of the Contract unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Customer should check the parcel on collection. In case of visible damage we recommend a damage report with the carrier (courier) or a report to InPost, and informing the Seller. Lack of a report does not take away the Customer's rights under these Terms.

7. Right of withdrawal (Consumers)

  • A Consumer may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the Consumer (or a third party named by the Consumer other than the carrier) took possession of the Kit. For several Kits in one order delivered in one parcel, from collection of the parcel.
  • To withdraw, the Consumer sends a clear statement, e.g. by e-mail to i@skinpad.pro. The form in Annex 1 may be used but is not required. It is enough to send the statement before the period ends.
  • The Seller confirms receipt of the statement by e-mail.
  • Effects: the Seller refunds all payments received (the price of the Kit and the shipping cost to the Consumer up to the cheapest standard delivery method offered in the Shop) within 14 days of receiving the statement. The refund is made by bank transfer to the account given by the Consumer (for cash on delivery the Seller has no account details and will ask for them). The Seller may withhold the refund until it receives the Kit or proof of its return.
  • The Consumer returns the Kit to the address given by the Seller in the withdrawal confirmation e-mail, without delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawing. The return is at the Consumer's cost (direct cost of returning).
  • The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Kit resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
  • Exceptions: the Shop does not apply the exclusions of Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act - the right of withdrawal applies to every Kit.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to Customers who are not Consumers.

8. Complaints - lack of conformity with the contract

  • The Seller is liable to the Consumer for lack of conformity of the Kit with the Contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act (rules on conformity of goods with the contract). Towards Customers who are not Consumers, statutory warranty liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  • A complaint can be sent by e-mail to i@skinpad.pro. Please give: order number, description of the defect, date it was found, the Customer's demand (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal), contact details, and photos if possible.
  • The Consumer may demand repair or replacement. If repair and replacement are impossible, would be disproportionately costly, were not done within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, or the non-conformity is material, the Consumer may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the Contract, to the extent set by law.
  • The Seller is liable for non-conformity that existed at delivery and appears within 2 years of delivery (a defect appearing within 1 year is presumed to have existed at delivery).
  • The Seller replies to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. No reply within this time means the complaint is deemed accepted (as provided by law).
  • The Seller bears the cost of delivering the complained-about Kit, repair or replacement. When returning the Kit, the Consumer uses the address given by the Seller.
  • Complaints do not cover damage caused by the Customer's fault (e.g. use contrary to the intended purpose), except where the law provides otherwise.
  • The Consumer's statutory rights regarding lack of conformity are not limited by these Terms.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

  • A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress methods, in particular:
    • apply to the permanent consumer arbitration court at the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa),
    • apply to the provincial Trade Inspector for mediation,
    • get help from a municipal (county) consumer ombudsman or a consumer organisation.
  • Information and application forms: website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl) and the Trade Inspection.
  • The Seller has not committed to take part in ADR proceedings but will consider any such request.
  • The EU ODR platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so these Terms do not refer to it.
  • Jurisdiction follows general rules. A Consumer from another country keeps the protection of the law of their place of residence.

10. Personal data

  • The controller is the Seller (SKINPAD.pro), contact: i@skinpad.pro.
  • Rules of data processing (purposes, legal bases, retention, recipients, rights) are in the Privacy Policy available on the Shop.
  • Providing data is voluntary but necessary to place and fulfil an order.
  • Data is passed to the carrier (InPost or courier) as necessary for delivery.

11. Final provisions

  • Polish law applies to Contracts. For Consumers from other countries this does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
  • The Seller may change these Terms for important reasons (change of law, offer or delivery methods). A change applies from publication on the site but does not affect earlier orders.
  • Contact in any matter: i@skinpad.pro.
  • These Terms enter into force on 6 November 2026.
  • The "First 100" promotion terms (while the promotion is active) apply alongside these Terms; in case of conflict, for reservations and the pre-order price the promotion terms prevail.
