Data we collect
Product reservation form: name, e-mail address, optionally phone, country and notes, number of kits, site language and currency, date of the request, consent. University enquiry form: university name, contact person, e-mail, optionally phone, number of kits, tender information, deadline, notes.
Purpose and legal basis
Handling your reservation and contacting you about it - your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Replying to a university enquiry - steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@skinpad.pro.
Retention
Until the reservation is fulfilled or cancelled or consent is withdrawn, no longer than 24 months.
Recipients
Infrastructure provider (Google Cloud, EU region) and e-mail service. Data is not sold.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Cookies and browser storage
The shop remembers your chosen currency in browser storage (localStorage). We do not use advertising cookies. The YouTube video loads only after you click it (privacy-enhanced mode).
